tests and meet the highest standards:
- Detailed application
- Reference checks
- Written and practical tests
- Criminal background checks
- Physical exams and annual PPD
- In-person interview and evaluation by a Registered Nurse
- Verifcation of state certification

- Certified Home Health Aide (CHHA) certified by NJ Board of Nursing
- Ongoing in-service training sessions
- Continuous in home training and supervision by a Registered Nurse
Elite Home Health Aides provide our clients with 24/7 support:
- Coordinator calls regularly to offer support and to ensure satisfaction
- On call coordinator available to support all CHHAs and clients
- Registered Nurse on call to support all CHHAs and clients
- Administrator on call to support all CHHAs and clients
