On-going safety and security

Spending anywhere from two to twenty-four hours a day in the home, Elite personnel serve as the reliable “eyes” and “ears” of the social services, performing three critical roles: training and educating the parents and guardians of children at risk; keeping the home safe; and monitoring the well being of the children for whom they are responsible.

Respected and responsible

Often assigned by the courts, Elite personnel are called upon to report with total objectivity the activities and environment that exist in the home. Their testimony is frequently entered as evidence in court proceedings and the placement of children often depends on their astute and critical observations.
